Anonymous proxy browsing can be achieved by using your own proxy server.  The problem is, there are many different kinds of proxies and you need to know what the best ones are and how you can find them.  Doing this will give you the best experience and best proxy server to allow you to be anonymous online and hide your real IP and identity.

The best way to see if your proxy server is elite or not is to check the IP that it gives you.  There are heaps of websites that allow you to see the IP that you are currently using.  Just connect to your proxy server and then load up one of these sites and look at the IP.  If the proxy IP is the same as your home computer, then you know that it isn't an elite proxy and won't guarantee you 100% anonymity online.
